These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between La Savonnerie Royale and the Customer (natural person) as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the La Savonnerie Royale merchant site.

The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these conditions of sale.

La Savonnerie Royale reserves the right to modify its general conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the Customer.


The Products offered for sale by La Savonnerie Royale are those which appear on the Site, on the day of consultation of the Site by the User, and of their purchase within the limits of available stocks and subject to the conditions stipulated in the article 1.

Availability of Products:

The Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability of one of the Products, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. This information will be notified to him following validation of his order: prior to delivery, by e-mail.

If payment was made by credit card, La Savonnerie Royale will then do what is necessary to subtract the price(s) of the unavailable Product(s) from the amount taken from the Customer's bank account or to reimburse it within in the event that the time limit for intervening with the bank would be too short.

If payment was made by bank transfer, La Savonnerie Royale will reimburse the overpayment by transfer.

La Savonnerie Royale cannot be held responsible in the event of out of stock or unavailability of products.


The costs :

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros or dollars (USD) depending on the country selected by the Customer. Prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices displayed take into account packaging costs. Delivery costs are invoiced in addition unless promotion or discount. Delivery costs are specified to the Customer when validating their order.

Delivery costs in mainland France are free for all orders over €80 including tax.

Delivery terms and times:

As a general rule, orders paid by credit card are dispatched the same day (working day) if they are registered before 12 p.m. or the next working day if registration takes place in the afternoon.
Orders paid by transfer are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

The orders are then sent by a transport company. The delivery time is on average 24 to 48 hours for mainland France excluding Corsica . The products ordered by the Customer are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer when ordering. The Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address such as street number, building, city, country, access codes. A telephone number reachable during business hours is mandatory.

Delivery issues:

The Royal Savonnerie will not be held responsible in the event of excessive delivery time due to the carrier.

In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days, the Customer must report this delay, as quickly as possible, to Customer Service. La Savonnerie Royale , by e-mail to the following address The Royal Savonnerie will then contact the carrier so that an investigation can be carried out.

Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the Customer must check the conformity of these Products. Any complaint regarding delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package, etc.) must be reported by the Customer on the receipt presented to them by the Carrier at the time of delivery of the package. The Customer must inform the Customer Service of La Savonnerie Royale by e-mail to the following address within 48 hours, otherwise the complaint will be rejected. The Royal Savonnerie will then be released from all liability.



You have a period of 14 days to change your mind about your remote purchase.

Products that you have opened or which are damaged are neither returnable nor refundable.

You have the possibility of exercising your right of withdrawal before or after delivery of the goods. The 14-day period begins the day after receipt of the order placed on the website . If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day .

You must return the products no later than 14 days following sending your withdrawal to the following address:

In the event that the goods have been shipped, La Savonnerie Royale will reimburse you within 14 days following the sending of your withdrawal and receipt of the returned products, the reshipping costs remaining at your expense.

In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal before shipping the products, the order will simply be canceled.

The guarantee of La Savonnerie Royale is limited to compliance of deliveries with orders. In the event of proven non-compliance of a product, the Customer must report it to La Savonnerie Royale within 3 days of receipt. After the formal agreement of The Royal Savonnerie by email, the defective Product will be returned to La Savonnerie Royale and La Savonnerie Royale will replace it free of charge.

The shipping costs for returning the non-compliant Product and those for sending the replacement product will be the responsibility of The Royal Savonnerie .

La Savonnerie Royale will not be liable for any compensation of any nature whatsoever, the Customer waiving any claim for compensation or any legal action.

In accordance with article 1641 c.civ, La Savonnerie Royale is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the item sold.

If any of the clauses of these general conditions of sale or the application of one of them is considered by a competent court to be contrary to law, the other clauses of these general conditions will remain in force and in full force and effect. and these general conditions of sale will be interpreted as if this clause did not exist.


Any dispute or dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of our general conditions of sale falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Versailles, where the head office of LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE SAS is located.
